Dropped off a phone, tablet, computer, or console with us? Enter the name and phone number on your repair ticket and your email below, and we will email your current repair status and the latest update on your repair.
What you will get: your repair’s current status (in repair, waiting on a part, ready for pickup), the latest progress update from our team, and any balance due.
When: we check status requests during shop hours — Mon–Fri 10am–5pm, Sat 10am–2pm, Sun 11am–3pm — and most requests get a reply by email within the hour while we are open.
Your privacy: we only email repair details after the name and phone number you enter match our records.
